The company was first registered in 1977 and now manages a very substantial portfolio of flats and houses ranging from new and refurbished first time buyer accommodation to luxury and waterfront apartments along the Fylde Coast to Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Preston, West Lancashire and the Lake District.
The Company Directors bring to property management more than thirty years of hard practical experience in dealing with the management of both residential and commercial property and buildings.

Homestead Consultancy Services Ltd specialise in the management of service and maintenance charges for blocks of flats and residential property management companies. We currently manage the servicing, maintenance and repairs for over 4,500 flats and houses from Liverpool, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Bury, Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, Poulton to Bispham, and Fleetwood, to Lancaster, Morecambe and The Lake District.
What we do…
We are Managing Agents providing professional services to the owners of the individual dwellings and to the Company and Development as a whole. We provide an administrative, professional and technical support facility producing the information and services required by the owners to ensure that the development runs smoothly and efficiently; that the residents individual investments are protected and enhanced and that the Company complies at all times with all legislation, most specifically the Companies Acts 1985/2006, The Housing Act 1996, and The Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
We can offer a flexible service in relation to existing and new build sites. It is now common practice for residential blocks of property to be controlled once construction or refurbishment has been completed, by the residents (leaseholders). It is therefore important to ensure that professional support is sought at the earliest possible opportunity so that responsibilities and liabilities are explained, understood and enforced from the very beginning.
