A full time non resident Warden is required for a sheltered housing scheme of 51 self contained flats in Blackpool.
You will need to have the skills necessary to support approximately 70 residents in maintaining independent living and assist with the smooth running of the accommodation.
NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care is desirable
A minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment essential
The salary offered iro £14.5k to £16k
